Your Specialist will send a reminder 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. If you cannot get in touch with your assigned Specialist, you can contact us.
To cancel an appointment please call your Specialist and let them know immediately. If you can’t get in touch with them, contact us.

Some of our Specialist provide state-of-the-art equipment. However, if you would like them to use your equipment let them know before coming out to you.

It depends on the size of your home and what kind of cleaning you need. We will send between 1 – 6 cleaners
If you book an hourly service, then you have the choice of selecting the number of cleaners. Remember, our minimum 3 hours always applies, and our price is always per hour per each cleaner.
We can only clean inside windows. We can NOT clean outside (exterior) windows.

All our flat rate cleans are calculated based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms you have in your home. Additionally, all living areas, dining, and kitchen areas will be sparkling clean too!
(Any additional rooms such as studies, theatres, home offices are considered as bedrooms.)
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you.
If you won’t be there, we just need a way to get in and our vetted maids will treat your home like their own. We can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like.
